Shipping policy

FEBRUARY 5TH, 2025, 12:14 PM Update: Important Changes to Returns & Exchanges

  • If an order was shipped with free shipping, the customer must cover the cost of return shipping to prevent double and triple shipping charges. Customers will receive an invoice email with the return/exchange shipping price. Once paid, a shipping slip will be provided.
  • Customers may use a self-service return/exchange portal once it becomes available.
  • Pre-order shipping dates are listed on product pages. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
  • International orders remain final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Shipping policy

All orders (except pre-orders or orders that have an "on demand" item) are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Factors outside of our control such as high volume of orders and postal service problems may result in delayed order processing.

If your order contains a print-on-demand item (also known as "POD" or "on demand" items), our current partners (Yoycol, Printful) will be handling your shipping. Our partners' shipment can take up to 30 days or more in extreme cases, but are typically faster. Please refer to Yoycol and Printful's shipping policies for more information.

International Orders are not eligible for free shipping. Only orders within the United States that meet the specifically required subtotal dollar amount threshold.

For Returns or Exchanges that originally had free shipping (economy shipping) on the initial order, customers are required to pay the shipping cost of the return / full exchange. Customers will receive a Return/Exchange Shipping Invoice email that contains the return/exchange shipping price. Once the invoice is paid, the customer will receive a shipping slip via email to use for returns/exchanges. Once the return is received, the customer will be refunded the entirety of their initial order amount! This policy is enforced to avoid double and triple shipping charges. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@freethesheepco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-ordered items may be cancelled and fully refunded before delivery if requested. Please contact us at info@freethesheepco.com to notify us if you would like to cancel your pre-order. Delivered pre-ordered items also follow our 5-day return policy listed above, as well as the other conditions for returns.

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), print-on-demand items (also known as "POD" or "on demand" items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@freethesheepco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
