They work really well at blocking sound out. I think i may be wearing them wrong because they block out everything and from what I understood you should still be able to hear speech and i can't.

The problem I have with most ear buds, sound cancelling stuff are 2 things…
1. Nothing over my ears as they have been radiated due to oral cancer and are super sensitive
2. I have tragus piercings and well things don’t always fit right.
These are perfect for me. The don’t cover my ears and my earrings don’t get in the way. Plus they keep out enough noise that I can concentrate working in a cubical and nap when my niece and nephews are running wild.
I need more cause I need to keep them in several places. Love them!
